The Indiana Association of Realtors has just released encouraging information regarding listing and sales in Indiana.  Please visit www.IndianaIsHome.com.  At a time when so many are concerned about what may happen next to the economy this site offers enlightening and encouraging news.

If you are a First Time Home Buyer or the owner of a home you've occupied 5 consecutive years out of the last 8 years please visit www.realtor.org and click on Home Buyers & Sellers for the latest update regarding the extension and revision of the law regarding a Tax Credit.  This is the perfect time to list your home and buy a new home or buy your first home.  As a real estate professional I urge you to do your own homework and determine for yourself what your next step in home ownership should be.
