In an effort to keep the economic recovery going Congress passed and the President signed a bill today that extends unemployment benefits, extends the first time home buyer credit and adds current owner incentives as well.  This is a great time to be a buyer or a seller.  Follow the link below to the CNN.com article regarding the details of the bill.
